From East exit of Ebisu Station, walk towards Hiroo district for 15 minutes. There you’ll see Shiokan, a popular ramen shop.
Shiokan mainly serves Hokkaido Hakodate style –salt ramen
You first need to buy a meal ticket at the in-store vending machine.
Asari ramen is also very tasty, but I ordered “shio ramen ajitamairi” this time.
Because it was such a warm day, I decided to sit at a table seat instead of the seat at the counter.
Cheers! (It’s a beer)
I feel like I’m at a beer garden! Beer and ramen is the best combination.
Gyoza dumping arrived!
The gyoza dumpling here is sooooo tasty. It has a lot of veggies inside.
I was in such a good mood with beer and gyoza! anddd finally!! The ramen arrived!
The ramen is just sooo beautiful. The rich flavor of the soup goes well with the noodles. It’s a very gentle taste.
Anyone who loves hosomen (thin noodles) would love it here!
I definitely recommend to order “katame (hardened noodle)”.
The roasted pork has a strong flavor and it’s mouth-watering.
The soup is so good that you would want to drink it up.
Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, it’s worth the walk.
