Since the Olympic bid, high-rise towers have been under construction, and many Hollywood stars have come to Sushi-no-Hashida.
Before Oedo-line opened, it was located in an inconvenient place; many had to take a taxi from Ginza. But now, it’s only a 5-minute walk from the station!
Sushi restaurants near Tsukiji market are rather expensive and despite the fact that it is a little distant from the main areas (Ginza and Tsukiji), Sushi-no-Hashida has customers that have been coming repeatedly for many years.
Recently, the young master (second generation) has opened the shop in Singapore and this helped gain popularity worldwide.
When the young master is back, he offers Macarons to female customers and this was introduced on the TV too! I’m gonna try to come here when the young master is back!
There are two types of lunch menu. One is ¥3240 and the other is ¥5400.
Because I am just an office lady, I think I’m gonna go with ¥3240. I have to choose either Sea Urchin or Salmon roe.
If you want to eat both, order ¥5400.
This is what I got for ¥3240
Engawa rolled in flounder konbu
Fatty Tuna
Zuke-Maguro (tuna pickled in soy sauce)
Scallops
Conger eel
Abalone
Sea Urchin or Salmon roe
Shrimp
Tekka Maki (vinegared rice and sliced raw tuna wrapped in seaweed)
Melon and soup
Everything was just DELICIOUS
Considering the amount and the quality of the sushi, it is very reasonable.
If you wanna know whether it’s reasonable or expensive, why don’t you pay a visit!
