It seems like the menu (with photos) outside attract a lot of people.
I was led to one of the counter-seats.
I saw the workers placing the toppings on the Udon over the counter.
Last time I came, I ordered the summer special, Neba Tororo Udon (stickey grated yam Udon).
Here’s the picture!
This was sooooooooo good that I got addicted to coming here.
This time I ordered simple Kamatama Udon (boiled noodles with raw egg and soy sauce.
You can choose hot or cold.
I ordered ‘hot’.
The Udon came in a nice bowl!
It looks delicious!!!
Mix it well!
The egg yolk blended well with the Udon.
Scoop some soup with the noodles then eat it!
This is deliciousssss!
It brings out the taste of the Udon.
Although it’s quite thin, it’s chewy and the texture is very smooth.
I get why this place is so popular!
If it’s your first time here, I recommend you to enjoy Kamatama Udon.
One portion is small, just the right size for women.
But of course, you can get Oomori (large) so don’t worry if one portion is too small for you.
The staffs are all nice so feel free to come!
