I found the Udon restaurant opens from 7 in the morning in Shinagawa, Takanawa exit.
That is, SETO UDON.
This restaurant is crowded in the morning with businessmen who use Shinagawa station in the morning.
Inside is connected with the famous beef rice bowl chain restaurant, Sukiya.
First, you order Udon at the counter.
Menu is easy to understand because of the photos.
I ordered curry Udon.
Various kinds of hot and cold Udon and they are all within ¥500!
Other than Udon, there are Katsudon(a bowl of rice with a breaded and deep fried pork cutlet on top) and curry rice.
After ordering the main Udon, I go to get other optional side dishes like Tempura and Onigiri(rice ball), and pay.
Add free spices on Udon and finish!

Water and tea is self-service.
So I took them from the table near by casher.
I choose Anago(conger) Tempura because it was just cocked!
Anago Tempura is big!
Outside is crunchy and inside is soft.
Curry Udon is kombu and bonito flavor. It is bit different from normal curry Udon.
But this mildness goes good with Udon!
,,, is not like normal one and stock is richly contained.
I like to use this with Tempura as well!
This restaurant is easy to use, tasty and reasonable!
Even when you don’t have time, you can eat nice Udon quickly.
