Yakitori (grilled chicken) has been long-loved by many Japanese. At Mokkun, they serve yakitori, nabe (hotpot) and smoked food. Mokkun is located in Shibuya, 2 min from Shibuya Station and Hikarie.
I ordered the Tori-Zanmai Course(3000 yen Course), which comes with 3 hours of all-you-can-drink.
As soon as I sat down, the hotpot arrived.
There’s a wide selection of drinks to choose from!
While the pot was heating up, other menus started to arrive.
Anchovy potato
Cabbage
Smashed cucumbers with sesame oil and salt
So deliciousss! The food started to arrive one after another.
They gave us more soup and told us to keep adding to the pot!
Ta-dahh!Bacon, cheese, and yakitori!
I loved the gristle! To finish off the meal, you get to choose from Udon, Chinese noodle, or Zosui (seasoned rice-porridge with vegetables, fish, shellfish and other ingredients). We chose Zosui!
At the end, I decided to order ostrich sashimi. I was so curious to how it tastes.
It was a very wallet-friendly meal.
All the dishes were delicious but low in calorie!
Gochisousama-deshita.
I am definitely visiting again!
