Among them, Tsukemen Tetsu has been receiving attentions.

The restaurant opens at 11:00 and there’s already a queue at 11:30.

You first have to purchase a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine.

I chose the classic noodle (¥850).

80% of the people were male.

The reason for this is there are sizes for noodles: 200g to 600g and the price doesn’t change!

The cool thing is that everyone’s fast at eating so even if there’s a line outside, they wouldn't make you wait too long.

There are only counter-seats.

I only waited for 10 minutes for the ramen to come!

This is only namimori (200g) but it’s still BIG.

This dark color of the soup! I love it!

The noodles are thick. It definitely goes well with the soup!

My first bite!

This is just A-MAZING. The soup is fish-based with pig bone and chicken and it blends well with the elasticity of the noodles.

I couldn’t stop taking a bite!
In the soup, there were bamboo shoots and thick roasted pork. Soft and delicious!

If you add fried onions in the soup, it brings out the sweetness and makes it even more delicious.

In no time, I finished the noodles!

There was a guy next to me who ordered yamamori (600g), but I don't recommend this. He did finish his ramen, but it looked a little tough.

Beware it is actually BIG.

Once you’re finished eating, order Yaki-ishi (heated stone).

But why?

When you put the Yaki-ishi into the tepid soup….

It started boiling! Immediately the soup got hot.

Once it’s warm, take the Yaki-ishi with a noodle spoon and place it on a different plate - Be careful, it’s super hot.

Enjoy every sip of it, it’s filled with Tetsu’s love.
