Feel warm with steamy hot plain salt ramen

In the area many ramen restaurants are built up, Takadanobaba station, there is a famous ramen restaurant among others.

“TORISOBA SAMPOICHI”

If you avoid rush hour, and if you are lucky, you can get in without lining.

First, I bought a ticket.
I recommend you the basic menu of the restaurant, Torisoba(chicken soba noodle) ¥730.

This menu is the most simplest and good for the one who comes here for the first time.

Though there are also menus like Tsukemen (noodle and soup for dipping) and rich chicken ramen, my favorite is definitely this basic Torisoba.

So I have Torisoba this time as I always do.

Inside is cozy with only 10 counter seats.

Behind counter, I can see the staff making ramen.

Ramen arrives quickly because boiling time is short.

As you seat, staff brings Yuzu pepper(condiment paste made from yuzu zest and chili pepper).

If you want to enjoy different taste during you eat, you can put this spice and change flavor.
Since Yuzu pepper is strong, you should not put them all because it would eliminate the chicken flavor.

Ramen arrived after 3mins.

Let’s taste the soup first.

Taste so soft and warm.
Chicken flavor is condensed.

Soup is rich but not fatty.
It makes you fell warm and good for your stomach.

Noodle is thin but soft and sticky.

This soup and noodle match perfectly.

Plenty of spices like spring onion and Mianma(bamboo shoots which have been boiled, preserved in salt, soaked in hot water and seasoned).

When I ate all together, I lost words and kept eating because it was so good.

Meat on ramen is also chicken.

Sliced chicken

and roasted chicken.

Two kinds of meats are good fillingness.

Though I don’t drink soup in the other restaurant, I drink all up in this restaurant.

This is such a good ramen you can taste chicken deeply and richly.
