At Sushi-ya, as the name suggests, they serve sushi. It’s located in a nice shopping area in Ginza.
Sushi-ya is a small restaurant with only seven seats.
The restaurant is very popular, so it’s safe to make a reservation in advance.
You will be impressed by the skills of the cook.
The first is sea urchin.
If you order it, you will see sea urchin on a grab of rice without rolled seaweed. Usually, rolled seaweed is around the rice to keep the sushi toppings from falling. But here, you won’t see any rolled seaweed!
And the sea urchin is very soft and it will melt very quickly on your tongue once you get into your mouth!
You will see another surprising menu – it’s the crab!
The shell is stuffed with crabmeat but it is not just from one crab but from a few crabs and it’s stuffed back into the shell.
You can also order tuna - you will feel as though you’re eating meat!
You will see the interesting green topping on Aji (horse mackerel). It was chives, but it is not just cut, but it is grinded and when it’s grinded it tastes like garlic.
All the meals are sophisticated and so delicious.
