“Sorano-iro” is one of the famous Ramen restaurants in Koujimachi. This is the second store of “sorano-iro salt and mashroom”. I was so excited to go such a ramen restaurant with good reputations.
The restaurant stands so close to Koujimachi station, No.3 exit. I admit myself that I do not have a sense of direction, but I could not miss it.
I arrived there at 11:40 on a weekday. There were already 4 people inside before me, but the restaurant filled up in second!
I purchase the ticket to order.
I chose today’s vegsie smoothie with Apple and mustard spinach, ¥100.
Mushroom vegetable noodle ¥850.I have never seen such beautifully arranged Ramen!
By the time Mushroom-vege noodles was set in front of me, great scent of mushroom arrived to my nose. It is more like my favorite mushroom potage than ramen♪
My appetite became insatiable, and I scooped up noodles by chopsticks!!
Wow. The noodle isn’t the normal one used in ramen, but it is like pasta. I heard that later, but Shitake mushroom powder is kneaded in noodles.
Chewy texture catches the soup very well, and it is amazingly delicious!
A lot of mushrooms are set on top, producing great scent. Love it!!
Surprisingly, slightly sliced grilled tofu was hiding!
They use tender chicken instead of roasted pork fillet, in that case, you do not worried about high calories♪
Anyways, every single bite was amazing and it didn’t take long to finish up whole bunch of noodles.
There is another surprise for you. Normally, you walk toward the door after you finish your meal, but wonderful ending is set in this restaurant!!!
A little rice bowl topped with grilled cheese was served, and there you go! You can make mushroom risotto on your own!
Every ingredient such as soup, noodle, toping, was so novel to me and they are balanced excellently. It surely was Ramen, but like a western-soup pasta.
I definitely visit there again. Because its casual atmosphere makes it easy for a customer who doesn’t have a company!!
And, I should not forget to say this, it was amazing♪
