“I cannot believe they set this price for this quality!!” This was my first impression after having lunch at Noguchi Sengyoten. Sengyoten means “a shop that sells fresh seafood” in Japanese, and Noguchi must be the family name of the owner.
“The fish market” styled restaurant
It locates at the foot of “Skytree”. So you can enjoy the view during waiting at outside. How cool is that?
The world famous tower “Skytree”
I came here on a weekday around 13:30pm, just before the restaurant closes in lunchtime. I was the 3rd in line. However I had to wait for 20min to be seated.
Many people behind me gave up standing in line because the staff working at the shop came out and told us how long it would take until the next seating. So I was lucky to get the seat for lunch!
All menus look so yummy
Today I girded up my loins to order fine seafood bowl served over rice.
It looks like a rose. I really didn’t know which one to start with.
Beautiful setout
For sushi items, medium fatty tuna, shrimp, adult yellowtail, salmon, chub mackerel, octopus, squid, scallop, sea red bream, eel, sea chestnut, salmon roe, rolled egg and so on. All ingredients were set beautifully and made me take several pictures before start eating.
Every seafood are so fresh and delicious
I was about to give up eating whole, but I tried so hard to finish it! I will order smaller amount of rice next time.
Well, I think it’s worth visiting here to eat beautiful fresh seafood at very reasonable price. Why don’t you visit both skytree and Nogushi Sengyoten next time? You definitely will be satisfied with delicious food at Noguchi Sengyoten and the view of skytree.
