In Shinotsuka station on the metro Marunouchi line, near by Ikebukuro, there is my favorite Soba restaurant.
MINOYA BUNEMON.
Menu hanged on the wall looks good!
When I get inside, staff welcomes me in a warm atmosphere as if I come back home!
Once I go inside, it feels as if I traveled time into the old days.
As back ground music, Japanese harp is played.
There are women who enjoy their lunch
and men who enjoy drinking with friends.
While listening to their happy voices,
I ordered the basic menu.
Whenever I come here, I always have Soba with duck soup.
I often suddenly miss this and come here.
Three cold Soba is piled up.
Soba is rightly firm and delicious.
Dip Soba into rich soup with green onion, burdock, and Duck.
This hot soup and cold noodle goes perfectly!
Let’s eat now.
So hot!
Be careful not to get burn when you eat.
Japanese sip noodles but if you do that with this, you would definitely get burn so don’t try!
I cannot forget this taste.
It never gets boring.
Duck is huge and I can taste the original flavor of duck.
When you finish your first Soba, change with another one.
I started the second Soda.
If you add Yuzu Shichimi(small citrus fruit with pepper spices) into the soup, it changes taste and also very good!
After finishing Soba, add “Soba hot water” into the soup and drink.
So satisfied♪
If you want little more noodle, you can add one plate of Soba with ¥100!
This is a good atmosphere restaurant where you can relax yourself and have nice Soba!
