But how about Ginza?!

From luxurious Louis Vuitton and Gucci to Unqlo, Fancl, and Laox…there are so many things to do in Ginza.

But I’m sure you will want to stop by at a department store.

Department store has pretty much everything from brands, clothes, cosmetics, electrical appliances, and places to eat!

Go to Information if you have problems getting around. There are many staffs who speak different foreign languages.

If you do stop by at a department store, go to the upper floors where there are restaurants.

You can enjoy some Japanese cuisines.

This time, I decided to go to Minoru Shokudou on the 9th floor of Mitsukoshi Ginza Shinkan.

This restaurant is called Zennou, meaning that it is an antenna shop managed by companies that support Japanese agriculture.

All the dishes are made from Japanese products.

Safe seasonal ingredients are used and it is popular among Japanese people as well.

Lunch and dinnertime on weekends is usually very crowded. But on weekdays, it’s a good unknown spot.

During daytime, you can see a roof garden called Ginza Terrace. It’s a nice place to relax.

I recommend all the dishes served here, but I especially like Osouzai Set with Rice and Miso soup.

Osouzai is a Japanese casual home cooking and you can always enjoy seasonal menus.

Rice and Miso soup… both are representative of Japanese home cooking.

Today’s rice was Koshihikari. It was delicious!!

In Japanese homes, we drink Japanese tea.

You can enjoy variety of green teas!

A slight digression, but it’s inside a department store so you can use credit card.

The bathrooms are clean and there are nursing rooms as well.

If you are coming with small kids, there are toilets for kids so I recommend you to use the bathroom after you finish the meal.
