I heard there’s a delicious ramen shop along the Kan-7-dori. It’s a 10-minute walk from Ichinoe Station.
It’s a little far from the station but I had to make myself hungry before eating ramen!
Getting some exercise!
I found it!
This is the famous Menyamomo.
I was so prepared to line up but luckily I arrived after lunchtime so there was no queue.
Menyamomo is a very small restaurant with only 8 seats!
Buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine first.
Menyamomo is famous for Shio Ramen but they also have Tsukemen and Tantanmen.
I was so determined to eat Shio Ramen today so I ordered Shio Ramen (¥700). I bought the meal ticket and sat down.
On the other side of the counter, I see a staff. Seems like he is managing the store all by himself.
I waited for 8 minutes…
Ramen arrived!
The crystal clear soup is just beautiful. It’s a very simple ramen with soft-boiled egg.
It looks so delicious!
Let me start off with a sip of soup.
The more I ate, the more I felt the richness of the Ramen.
The roasted pork was so soft and it felt like I was eating boiled tongue.
It was something I’ve never tasted before.
This ramen is well thought through.
It’s so simple but has a rich taste.
You will definitely get satisfied after you finish eating.
The soup has a strong taste so it’s a ramen you would want when you’re tired after some exercise or a long day at work.
I want all the Ramen-lovers out there to come to Menyamomo.
Gochisousama-deshita.
