It is few minutes on foot from Gotanda station. Its selling point is its wonton soup.
Although it is in the area that is famous as a ‘battle field of ramen restaurants’, it is doing a splendid business since it has opened.
There were already 10 people waiting to get in the restaurant, even though I arrived there a little earlier.
The red and black appearance of the restaurant will definitely catch your attention.
10 minutes had passed when I finally could come inside.
You will hear many voices of the workers; it feels like they are giving me their energy.
You can choose either a table seat or a counter seat.
I ordered salt-flavored wonton soup.
A waiter told me how to eat a wonton soup.
First, you have to put some chili oil and vinegar to a small plate, and then take a wonton and dip it to the sauce you prepared.
Finally came my wonton soup! Wow, it’s in a giant bowl and, of course, a lot of noodle.
I could see that it had at least 10 wontons!!! The soup has also spinach, a boiled egg and bamboo shoots.
Just by seeing it I could tell that it should be tasty!!
The noodles are rather thin and it feels very good when they go through my throat.
I took a wonton and dipped it in the sauce I prepared. It’s my first time to do this! I think this way is better.
The sourness and the sharp taste match with meat wonton.
The wonton taste lighter than I imaged.
The salt-flavored soup has a rich taste and it is perfect for the noodles.
I eat and eat wontons but there are still lots of them left.
Each wonton has a lot of meat.
I could eat completely, although it was difficult in the last because of the amount.
The atmosphere is like a bar with a lot of noise, but to eat this wonton soup, I think that this noisy atmosphere is suitable!
I think I will come again to eat this wonton soup and to enjoy this atmosphere.
