Today, I’m going to introduce such a beef cutlet restaurant,
ICHI NI SAN.

The restaurant is in the basement of the hidden street where 5mins away from Akihabara station by walk, also close to Suehirocho

station,

First floor of the building is Toshomen(Chinese noodle) restaurant so look for it and you can find ICHI NI SAN.

When it is busy, people line up stairs until ground, but today, I was lucky to get into without lining.

The restaurant is compact. There are 13 seats of counter and table.

There are three chefs in the kitchen.

Tea is self-service.

Menu is
壱(Ichi)→ Beef loin cutlet set
弐(Ni)→ Add beef
参(San)→ Beef loin cutlet and grated yam(Tororo) set

Ni is to add beef so basically you order Ichi or San.

Because I

wanted to eat rice with grated yam,
I order Beef loin cutlet and grated yam set (San)!

Chef fries beef quickly and cutlet arrives in a minute.

It sharpens my appetite to see them cook and hear the crunchy sound of cutting cutlet.

Cutlet is so big.

Different from how it looks, it tastes light.

You can choose sauce from Soy sauce, Wasabi, onion sauce, salt.

I like to eat simply with Wasabi and salt.

Pink bottle on the table is salt.

Pinkish rare meat is

very light and
it tastes like eating a raw beef.

Put this original sauce on side cabbage.

Cabbage with original dressing is plain and gives more appetite to eat with beef cutlet.

Tororo is seasoned so put it on the rice and eat.

Tororo is sticky and so good!
Because I can slurp Tororo rice, I can finish is so quickly!

Miso soup is made with red miso and strong taste.
Small Tofu is in it and perfect match with beef loin cutlet and Tororo set.

I never get bored with this plain taste red meat.
This should be why people repeat it.
