Get off at Kasai Station and enter an alley right before the Metro Museum. You’ll see a ramen shop, Hiroya.
There are counter-seats and table seats.
People often stop by after their visit to the Metro Museum.
First, order at the ticket vending machine.
There is a wide choice of ramen on the menu.
The most popular are Miso-ramen and Abura-soba.
Abura-soba has no soup. You basically mix vinegar and chilly sauce with the noodles.
But I felt like drinking some soup so I ordered Miso-ramen (¥680).
This time, I got to sit on the 4-people table seats.
I waited for 5 minutes and here it comes!
It looks delicious!
The soup comes with boiled egg and roasted pork!
The noodle is yellow and curly!
My favorite type of noodle!
Take a sip of the soup.
Whoa!
It’s miso-based but it’s not too thick.
The garlic and spice adds a nice flavor to it.
VERY addicting!
The stickiness of the noodle mingles perfectly with the soup.
The best ramen after a couple of drinks!
I also recommend you to sprinkle some shichimi (red pepper) on your ramen!
It becomes even more delicious!
Next time, I’m definitely going to try Abura-soba!
Gochisousama-deshita!
