I had some things to do in Shibuya, and when I was walking around Markcity, I happened to pass by Densetsu-no-sutadonya. I don’t know why but I was craving Sutadon.
The restaurant in Shibuya has a very narrow entrance that if you don’t know, you won’t notice and pass through without stopping.
But I was caught by the rich smell of garlics, which turned on my appetite!
You will find counter seats on the right side of the restaurant, in the back there is a space for tables and some counter seats in front of the kitchen.
On the right side at the entrance, there is a ticket machine.
I was surprised to see that the meal ticket machine was a new one.
I ordered garlic and soy sauce flavored Sutadon, and took my seat in the back.
Definitely, there are more male customers, but it is not uncomfortable for females to come alone.
Densetsu means a legend.
Yes! This is the one that you will be craving!! This time I asked a small size.
It is accompanied with a raw egg and a miso soup.
Although it is a small size, the amount is large.
First, I ate it as it was. I noticed the garlic flavor and it was perfect.
Next, I beat the egg thoroughly and put it on the top of Sutadon.
This is a combination of Tamagokake-gohan (a rice bowl with a raw egg on top of it) and Sutadon!! It became a dish with plenty of flavor.
It is really exquisite taste to eat a raw egg, meat and some pieces of leek at the same time!
The bowl is black and it has a note saying ‘special taste, the Sutadon restaurant’.
For female customers, the small size is the best because it has a lot of rice.
Workers in this restaurant are very energetic and efficient.
It had passed some time since the last time I came here, and I felt somehow relieved to eat this Sutadon, which had a plenty of garlics and stamina.
I will come again. It was delicious!!
