Chiriri is a Shabu-shabu restaurant located in Kyobashi, with its head store in Kyoto.
You eat the Shabu-shabu with Soba-tsuyu (soba soup) dipping sauce.
It is believed by many that Shabu-shabu goes well with sesame sauce but you might be amazed with Sobatsuyu.
There are many private rooms and even open spaces are roomy and comfortable. It’s perfect for private business meetings.
Because you dip the Shabu-shabu into Soba-tsuyu, it’s called Tsuyu-shabu.
Add some leaks to the dipping sauce then eat the Shabu-shabu.
It was incredibly delicious!!
Usually the end-meal after Shabu-shabu is rice porridge, or noodles but here, we had soba.
When the soba was ready, we dipped in the tasty broth soup!
Soba
Although it’s not cheap, it’s reasonable for Shabu-shabu.
By all means, try Tsuyu-shabu.
