Ramen at Afuri is light but has a very delicate taste.
The soup is made from seafood and kelp. It’s a Japanese-style Ramen.
The best-recommended menu is Yuzu Shio-Ramen.
It has a firm flavor of Yuzu (a kind of citrus fruit) and it blends so well with the soup.
I always get Yuzu Shio-Ramen but I wanted to enjoy a simple soup so I ordered the regular Shio-Ramen today.
The restaurant is an open counter kitchen so you can look at the whole process while waiting for it.
When you sit down, the staff will ask you the amount of oil you want in the soup.
I didn't really add oil. I like it light.
The soup itself has a lot of chicken fat and it’s very mild.
I always order the same one!
While I was waiting for the Ramen, I saw one of the staffs grilling the pork. It’s increased my appetite!!
Finally the Ramen arrived!
It’s beautiful.
The soup is crystal clear.
It’s a taste that I’ll never get tired of.
To match the delicate soup, they use thin noodles.
Big grilled pork had a delicious smell.
I finished it!
The beautiful looks and the delicate taste…no wonder it’s popular among women.
It’s a popular shop so you might have to wait a little bit but it’s definitely worth the wait.
