Famous Soba Inari in Itabashi!
Soufuuan Maki is located in a residential area in Itabashi-ku. I haven’t seen a thatched roof in a while!
The Japanese-Style garden is so neatly cared!
Soba Shochu (buckwheat Shochu) – made by diluting boiled juice of Shochu and Shochu.
I rarely see Soba Shochu in Soba restaurants.
The staffs are so warm
“Do you wanna eat here? It’s so good, I’m sure you can eat them in a bite! I can wrap it up if you need to takeout!”
I wasn't too hungry today so I got it as a takeout!
I loved the boiled deep-fried tofu that came with the Shochu so I opened the pack and ate some again!
Deep-fried tofu is sweet and salty but also has an elegant taste to it. Inari Soba! Inari is flavored boiled rice wrapped in fried bean curd.
The first bite… I was surprised by the texture!
The second bite…ahhh too delicious!!
The third bite…it’s sooooo ADDICTING!!
It was something I have never had before!
I ended up eating them all.
You can also relax in the garden after satisfying your stomach.
You’ll feel as though you time slipped to Edo period.
I didn’t have a chance to eat it this time, but I also recommend Kamo Soba (duck). But you definitely gotta try Soba Inari!
You can spend a pleasant time for sure!
