Tokyo Tower is a landmark tower of Tokyo and the observatory deck with a 360-degree bird’s-eye view of the city is popular among tourists, both from inside and outside of Japan. Take in the view of Tokyo at 250 meters above ground :)
At the observation deck of Tokyo Tower, there is the “main observation deck” and the “special observation deck”. At the main observation deck, there is an “observation cafe”, in which you can enjoy an afternoon tea while taking in the view of the city.
Here, you can take a different elevator up to the special observation deck, heading even more upwards!
The view at 250 meters above ground is waiting for you after the elevator ride.
At Tokyo Tower, observation deck is not the only thing to check out. Stop by the Foot Town as well, in which you can find an attraction called “Tokyo ONE PIECE Tower”, based on the beloved comic in Japan “ONE PIECE”. This facility just opened in March 2015 but is already popular with children and adults alike.
There are attractions, events, and games available, in which you can experience the world of “ONE PIECE”.

For souvenirs, we recommend “Tokyo Omiyage Town” (東京おみやげたうん) or “TOKIO333” on the second the floor.
At “Tokyo Omiyage Town”, there is a line of retro ornaments, pennants, and popular Japanese snacks. There are a wide variety of goods ranging from Japanese dolls or katanas to anime-related goods.
At “TOKIO333”, there is a shop dedicated to items from Sanrio, the company behind Hello Kitty. Here, you can purchase “Gotochi Hello Kitty” charms, meaning “Local Hello Kitty”, which are Hello Kitty charms that can be bought all over Japan but each has a design that is particular to the area where they are sold. There are over 500 designs of these local Hello Kitty charms sold all over Japan.
At the food court, you can enjoy pizzas, hamburgers, ramen, curry, soba, ice creams, waffles... you name it. Make a quick stop if you’re feeling hungry!
