Quick eat and go! but still so delicious♡ Crunchy and Soft Takoyaki!

If you want to try Takoyaki(octopus dumplings), you should go
“Tsukiji Gindako”.

Tsukiji Gindako is famous Takoyaki chain store, which has about 450 stores in Japan.

This time, I went to the one in Harajuku- Omotesando erea.

This store is close to Yoyogi park so I like to buy Takoyaki here and bring to the park and have a little picnic

Though GINDAKO is a huge chain store, quality is very good and loved by the young and the old.

Gindako really takes care about ingredients they are using.

Especially, they are strict about octopus.
Octopus they are using is severely selected from worldwide.

Other ingredients like spring onion, red pickled ginger, and crunchy bits of deep-fried dough are made with their special recipe to make the best combination with Takoyaki.

Also, the best thing about this Takoyaki is its texture.
Outside is crunchy but when you bite, soft hot inside comes out.
Once you know the deliciousness, you cannot stop eating this!

There are many kinds of toppings you can choose from; onion mayo, mayo egg, cheese Mentaiko(walleye pollack roe) and so on.

I like this store because sometimes they have seats and alcohol.
In Gotanta store, it collaborates with highball(whisky and soda) brand.

If you want to try Takoyaki, I recommend you to go to Tsukiji GINDAKO and taste Takoyaki all Japanese people love!
