In Japan, restaurants have their own characters.
When I was wandering in the large shopping area, I found a charming Okinawan restaurant names Taiyou-Shokudou.
Although Japan is small island nation, it is composed of various cultures. Especially in Okinawa area (southern islands in Japan) has its own unique culture, which differ from islands to islands.
I love Okianawan food because it’s so exotic, distinct, and tasty!
I ordered a set-meal, which came with Okinawan noodle and Goya Chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fried with pork, tofu, and other vegetables).
Okinawan noodle is different from traditional Japanese noodles.
Goya Chanpuru is healthy!
It only cost 980 yen!
Taiyou-Shokudo is definitely worth a try if you want a taste of Okinawa.
