Good foods and fun atmosphere, Boso sushi restaurant

If you walk left side from Takadanobaba station, Waseda exit for 10mins,
you will see the restaurant just in front of Takadanobaba 4chome bus station.

“Sushi bouzu”

The face drawn on the shop curtain is portrait of the boss. His smile is just like the god of wealth.

When I walked in, I saw the face just as same as what was drawn on the shop curtain!

Boss is franc and nice. Every time I come here, he welcomes me with the happy smile.

Restaurant has 6 counter seats and 4 tables.
The place is cozy and quiet.

As soon as you get seat, boss tells you what’s the good seasonal foods.

I ordered rice bowl topped with sashimi.

There is TV in the restaurant and baseball game is often on it.

Regular customers often see the game while they drink sake.

The rake for thriving business is hanged on the wall.

Such a big and gorgeous rake!
He might bought it in Asakusa.

Boss always entertains us with humorous stories.
He is very active as he said he carries Mikoshi(portable shrine).

While we enjoy our conversation, sashimi bowl arrived.

Plenty of yellowtail, tuna, and fatty cut are on the rice!

All the sashimi is cut from a good part of fish.
Fishes are chosen by the boss, who is from Boso, Chiba. Boso is a famous place for fish.

As a side dish, salad and soup come with sashimi bowl.

Sashimi topped on the rice changes depends on the day so every time is surprising.

Chopsticks case is made from paper fortune! This is so cute!

Result is,,, good fortune.
Kind words, “There is fortune in leftovers” was written.
Those little surprises entertain customer♪

“Sushi bouzu” was doing their business as “Kushi bouzu” before.
It was Yakitori(grilled chicken) restaurant o boss can make good meat dishes as well!

You can definitely enjoy both lunch and diner and spend good time here, Sushi bouze!
