Basara is a Sukiyaki restaurant in Mita, which receive one Michelin star for three consecutive years.
You shouls make a reservation one month in advance.
The most unique thing about this restaurant is that all the meals are cooked, divided, and served by the staffs - you feel like you have your own servants.
A staff is assigned for each table and gives you flawless service.
All the meat offered at Basara is marbled, soft, and juicy. It comes with fresh tomatoes and sweet onions!
Basara gives you full satisfaction with rich meat and fresh vegetables.
At the end, you will be served hirauchi-noodle (thin and wide noodles) to go with leftover Sukiyaki sauce.
AND of course the staff does everything for you so don’t worry.
The very last is desert. It was Anmitsu -kuzukiri (kuzu starch noodle) with black sugar syrup.
All the meals were satisfying from the beginning to the end.
