Jiroumaru is a popular Yakiniku restaurant often featured on TV and magazines.
It’s popular because you can eat A4/A5-ranked meat at a reasonable price.
You can order it from one slice.
The cheapest is ¥30 and the most expensive one being ¥300!
However it’s a Tachigui system (stand-up eating).
I went to the restaurant at 6pm.
Luckily I didn’t have to line up.
The entrance is so narrow! It was difficult to get in!
The atmosphere is similar to a Sushi restaurant.
I see meat (not fish!) in the glass case!
There’s a list of food in the front.
Of course, if you don’t know the name of the meat, the staff will kindly explain it to you!
But we, decided to just choose the ones that looked good from the glass case!
From the right, Tansaki (tongue), Tanmoto (tongue), and rump.
Tanmoto was so thick and juicy!
Rump was good too! It didn’t have the peculiar flavor! I’m sure you’ll like it even if you don’t really like ram.
You used the cooking stove by yourself or with another person.
Sirloin, tenderloin, Zabuton, Misuji, Barayama
Sirloin melted in my mouth!
It was so delicious that I couldn't put down my chopsticks.
In no time, all the meat was gone!
If you get tired of eating meat, order Senmai-sashi (Omasum)
Fresh vegetables and the crunchy mushroom smells and tastes amazing!!
There are so many meats that I didn't know!
But there was one in particular that caught my eyes. It’s called Pai!
It was juicy but had an interesting texture! I got addicted to it!!
There aren’t many drink menus but don't worry, they have the basics.
For non-alcohol drinkers, there are rice and soup!
More than anything, the staffs are so friendly!
I saw many customers who came by himself/herself.
Out of all, I definitely recommend Zabuton and Misuji.
Thank you for the wonderful time!!
