It was established in 1924 and the Kuroyu (black water hot spring) comes from 200 meters below ground. This brownish-yellow hot water is good at moisturizing, and it is called ‘Hot spring of beauties’ or ‘Hot spring for beautiful skin’. As it makes body very warm, it is effective for dull headaches, jitters, tiredness, and also for sleeplessness.
When you are under the weather, come to the Shimizuyu! You would feel better after taking the bath!!

Besides the Kuroyu, you can enjoy the Golden hot water, which comes from a deeper place. This Golden water is qualified as a medical treatment spring that contains abundant amount of iodine, which helps to cure external wounds.

A luxurious open-air bath

The good point of this facility is that it’s well-equipped.
You can enjoy an electric bath, Jacuzzi and also a jet bath. All of them have the device to create nanobubble, so you can have a Kuroyu nano bubble bath.

Enjoy the bedrock bath!!

Another good point of this facility is that it has a bedrock bath. This is not included in the regular plan and you have to pay extra fee to use this. It is definitely worth it! This bedrock bath is said to be effective to improve poor circulation, anti-aging, lose weight, even to detoxification! I recommend you to use this bedrock bath for your health and beauty!
