A natural hot spring at a ten-minute train ride from Shinjuku!

“Shibuya Sasatsuka Onsen Sakaeyu” is just a few minutes from Sasatsuka station. It is a natural hot spring in the middle of a tranquil neighborhood. The interior was renewed in 2014. While the renovation made the facility cleaner and brighter, its retro feel has definitely been preserved.
The bath is conveniently open until 1:30 a.m. The facility is completely non-smoking.

The bath is located in the first floor of an apartment. It has a quiet atmosphere. At the spacious lobby, you can purchase drinks, magazines, newspapers and shower sets. Shampoo and conditioner are free of charge.
As it is inside an apartment with a low ceiling, the bath is not very big. However, the piercing rays of sun through the large window and partially glass ceiling help create an open and bright atmosphere.

Relax in the herbal bath of the day

You can enjoy both the indoor Jacuzzi bath, and the open-air bath. The transparent and odorless water is said to promote skin metabolism. Expect to have beautiful skin after bathing in it! You can also try the herbal bath of the day. The aroma scent is nice and refreshing. The facility offers a sauna and a cold bath as well.
