Suidoubashi station is a popular place where Tokyo dorm, Kourakuen amusement park, and other leisure facilities are located.

You want to do everything but you don’t have enough time!
Still, I want to eat nice and easy food…

I will introduce you a restaurant you can go in such situation.

Suidoubashi mentsudan!

Udon chef who came from Sanuki(famous place for Udon) make firm and delicious Udon for you.

There are so many choices of menus!

Addition to 21 kinds of basic menus, there are seasonal menus and limited menus.
So many choices are provided! I cannot decide!

Inside is wooden style and so confortable.

After you get tray at the counter, order Udon. Then, pay at the end of the counter.

This time, I had Mentama Udon ¥400!

Mentama Udon is, warm Udon with Mentaiko(walleye Pollack roe) and egg. You eat this without soup.

You can choose sizes; small, regular, large.
You pay extra ¥100 for each size-up.

Small is big enough for me!

Other than Udon, there are Tempura, snack, rice ball and so on.
You can take and put them onto your tray.

I choose Chikuwa(a tube shaped fish paste cake).

Tempura is from ¥100~! So reasonable!

While I was choosing Tempuras, Udon was ready.
Reserve Udon from staff and put spices like sesame, ginger, green onions, (spices are free!) and pay.

Udon after putting spices on is like this.

Maybe I put too much sesame…

Since seats are free, you can seat wherever you want.

Mix Mentaiko and egg well ~♪

Though without soup style was so good,
I missed soup style too

If you come here for the first time,
I want you to try the soup style one!

For soup style, I recommend you simple one or meat Soba.

Water is self-service.

Self-service style is good for one who comes alone because you don’t have to be attentive.

The one I tried this time (Mentama Udon) was interesting.
There are so much menus I want to try next time♪

I can find something new every time I come here.
