Echigoya Sandayuu is a restaurant popular for grilled dried fish.

It is located in the middle of Dogenzaka in Shibuya.

At night it’s an Izakaya and during the day it’s a Teishoku (set meal) restaurant.

Last time I came here for dinner and I had grilled fish. It was so delicious and I wanted to eat it with rice so I came during lunch this time.

From the entrance, you’ll get a taste of Japan!

You may have to wait if you go during lunch. But I only waited for 10 minutes!

Take off your shoes at the entrance and you’ll be led to table-seats, Zashiki seats or counter-seats.

Last time I had atka mackerel so I want to try something new…but atka mackerel was good too…hmmmm

I ordered seasonal menu! Onagadai Shio-yaki (long-tailed sea bream broiled with salt)

It takes a while for it to be grilled.

The smell of the charcoal is so appetizing!!

And finally it’s here!!

The smell of the fish is mouth-watering!

It’s grilled perfectly!

The fish is so soft and it has the right amount of fat. It had an elegant taste.

Miso has Sakura shrimp in it! It’s wonderful!

Eat the fish with grated radish and soy sauce! I don't think you’ll be able to put down your chopsticks!

The grilled fish is filled with plenty of love of the staffs.

It’s so special!

Check out the washrooms too! The water comes out from bamboos!

I was able to spend a relaxed time.

The best-recommended is grilled Oyama chicken.
